Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher had a rare night on the town!
On Saturday, March 28, the country star and Canadian former professional hockey player watched the Nashville Predators as they faced the Montreal Canadiens at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville.
The Predators' official Instagram page shared a photo of the couple smiling the same day in the arena. In the photo, Underwood, 43, showed her love for her husband's former NHL team by sporting a yellow Predators jersey with her husband's former number, 12. Meanwhile, Fisher, 45, could be seen holding personalized bobbleheads of the couple in matching Predators jerseys.
Underwood and Fisher initially crossed paths in 2008 after they were introduced by a mutual friend, the singer's bassist, Mark Childers. In December 2009, the couple got engaged, and on July 10, 2010, they were married at a Ritz-Carlton resort in Georgia.
Since getting married, Underwood and Fisher have welcomed two children: sons Isaiah Michael, 11, and Jacob Bryan, 7.
In an interview with PEOPLE in 2019, the "Somethin' Bad" performer said she believes Fisher is "the person I was meant to be with."
“I had dated guys and kind of knew, like, ‘No.’ Nothing was ever really wrong, but nothing was really right either. With him, it was like a good partnership," Underwood said at the time. "It was an easy relationship to be in."
In March 2025, Underwood and Fisher had their first red carpet date night in two years at the Opry 100: A Live Celebration in Nashville.

At the event, the American Idol winner sported a strapless black gown with a sheer overlay and metallic beaded details. Underwood accessorized with black drop earrings and opted to wear her blonde hair straight and tucked behind her ears.

Meanwhile, Fisher donned a classic, dark suit.
The event, which celebrated the iconic Nashville venue and its impact on country music over the past century, was hosted by Blake Shelton.
On Thursday, March 26, Underwood recently spoke about enjoying the farm she shares with Fisher in Tennessee and how it's a break from her professional life.
“I went from living on a farm to being on stage in front of a ton of people and traveling and we're in a different city every day,” she said during an appearance on SiriusXM's Front Row. “I learned very quickly that this is not real life.”
Underwood also noted that it's "important" for her that home is different than her life in the spotlight.
"We have definitely established that," she said. "My kids see me. We get up, we take them to school, we're making breakfast, packing lunches.”
