Harry Styles is sparking concern after he abruptly canceled a show due to health reasons.
The British singer, 32, is in the middle of the South American leg of his Together, Together Tour. After already performing two concerts in São Paolo on Friday and Saturday, he was scheduled to perform again Tuesday evening.
However, a note sent to ticket holders July 21 announced that the event at Morumbi Stadium was “cancelled due to tour illness.”
“We deeply regret to inform you that the Harry Styles show scheduled for Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at MorumBIS has been canceled due to a health issue on the tour,” Live Nation Brazil said on X in a statement that was translated from Portuguese.
Tickets for the show will be fully refunded, according to concert officials, and people with tickets to Tuesday’s show will have a chance to buy an exclusively discounted batch of tickets for Friday’s show, which is still scheduled to take place.
“We have worked with the event venue to release as many tickets as possible for the Friday show, but please keep in mind that availability is extremely limited,” Live Nation Brazil told fans. Buyers will receive more information in an email from Ticketmaster.

Representatives for Styles did not comment further on the health issue affecting the tour. The former One Direction member did not immediately address the cancellation.
Styles kicked off his world tour in Amsterdam earlier this year after the release of his fourth album, Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally.
Last month, he broke a record by playing 12 nights at London’s Wembley Stadium, which The Independent’s Roisin O’Connor reviewed as a “euphoric, vital show.”
During one of the historic shows, he worried fans by collapsing on stage after appearing to choke while spitting water into the air. He lay on the ground and coughed, which led concertgoers to become worried that he had fainted from the heatwave in the U.K. at the time.
However, Styles then seemed to be fine as he stood up and continued the show, assuring fans: “It’s all good, I’m good.”
After Friday’s show in Brazil, the superstar is scheduled to head to Mexico City for six shows from July 31 to August 10. Later in August, he will begin a 30-night residency at Madison Square Garden in New York City, which wraps up October 31. The tour is set to end in Australia in December.
