Meghan Markle’s As ever brand has announced a new Valentine’s Day–ready chocolate collection

The drop nods to Meghan’s longtime message of self-love, which she once shared on her now-defunct blog, The Tig

Meghan Markle is whipping up something sweet ahead of Valentine's Day.

The Duchess of Sussex’s lifestyle brand, As ever, is announcing an expanded collaboration with luxury chocolatier Compartés, unveiling a limited-edition Valentine’s Day–ready collection incorporating As ever’s signature spreads into handcrafted bars made at Compartés’ Los Angeles atelier.

The release follows As ever’s successful 2025 partnership with Compartés, when three limited-edition chocolate bars sold out shortly after launch.

On Saturday, Jan. 31, As ever will launch a limited-edition chocolate lineup in collaboration with Compartés, anchored by the Signature Chocolate Collection, which retails for $62. The trio includes the Dark Chocolate Bar with Raspberry Spread and Sea Salt, the Milk Chocolate Bar with Shortbread Cookies and Bee Pollen, and the White Chocolate Bar with Flower Sprinkles and Hemp Hearts. Two additional offerings round out the drop: the White Chocolate and Flower Sprinkles Duo and the Dark Chocolate and Raspberry Spread Duo, the latter pairing the bar with the jam inspired by Meghan’s original home-kitchen recipe.

Earlier this week, As ever teased that something new was in the works with a Valentine's Day-coded Instagram post on Jan. 26. The following day, the brand announced the "first launch of our Valentine’s Day Collection," with strawberry and raspberry-flavored fruit spreads.

Meghan, 44, launched her As ever brand in March 2025 as a curated line of shelf-stable food products, including jams, teas, cookie mix, flower sprinkles and more, connecting back to her longtime passions for cooking and entertaining.

Meghan shared those interests on her now-defunct lifestyle blog, The Tig, where she once penned a Valentine’s Day reflection titled "Be Your Own Valentine." The post, penned a year before she met Prince Harry, echoes Meghan's latest collection, which is inspired by her "love of thoughtful gestures and meaningful gifts" and meant for "creating warm moments with loved ones."

"It’s funny how a Hallmark holiday can bring up so many feelings for people – ebbing and flowing from the lovey dovey to the lonesome, she wrote in a post dated Feb. 13, 2015. "But it doesn’t need to be. I think you need to be your own Valentine"

She encouraged readers to celebrate themselves, whether partnered or not: “Cook that beautiful dinner even when it’s just you, wear your favorite outfit, buy yourself some flowers, and celebrate the self love that often gets muddled when we focus on what we don’t have.”

Meghan also recalled how her Suits costars Sarah Rafferty and Gina Torres once snapped her out of a self-critical moment. “They were protecting me from myself,” she wrote. “They were reminding me to treat myself as well as I treat those closest to me.”

"Love yourself, treat yourself, honor yourself and celebrate you," she continued. "Be your own beautiful, darling, cherished and funny Valentine. You deserve it."

Exclusively speaking to PEOPLE last year as she launched As ever, the Duchess of Sussex said Harry has enjoyed watching her reconnect with that creative side.

"My husband met me when I had The Tig, and I see this spark in his eye when he sees me doing the thing that I was doing when he first met me,” Meghan said. “It’s almost like a honeymoon period again because it’s exactly how it was in the beginning when he’d watch me scribbling away, writing newsletters, fine-tuning edits and just really being in the details of it."

"I think he loves watching as much as I love doing that creative process. It’s just been really fun," she continued. "This is who I’ve always been.”
