Rob Schneider's wife has filed for divorce from the actor after 14 years of marriage.

Entertainment Weekly has confirmed that Patricia Azarcoya Schneider, 37, quietly filed for divorce from the actor-comedian, 62, on Dec. 8 in Maricopa County, Ariz., according to court records. The news was first reported by The Sun and Daily Mail on Wednesday.

Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo star Rob and Patricia tied the knot in April 2011, and share two daughters: Miranda Scarlett, 13, and Madeline Robbie, 9.

He shared his love for Patricia and their children in an anniversary post on Instagram in 2023.

"You make our life beautiful! Thank YOU for EVERY DAY," he wrote at the time. "Thank you for our TWO gorgeous girls and thank YOU for believing in me, teaching me and for making me a better person. Thank you for every wonderful Mexican dinner! I look forward to spending the rest of my life laughing and loving you and raising our niñas!"

Rob is also father to singer Elle King, 36, from his marriage to London King. He was also previously married to Helena Schneider.

Rob and Elle's complicated father-daughter relationship made headlines in 2024 when the “Ex's and Oh's" singer got brutally honest about her dynamic with the comedian, who she said was absent for most of her childhood, forgot her birthdays growing up, and sent her to "fat camp." The singer-songwriter, who was raised by her mother and stepdad, explained that she often went "four or five years" without talking to her father, but when she started making a name for herself in the music industry, he called her up to say "don't f---ing talk about me in the press."

After Elle's comments went viral, Schneider then publicly apologized to King while speaking with right-wing commentator Tucker Carlson, but that didn't particularly sit well with his daughter at the time.

"A lot of people said, 'How could she say that about her family?' and 'Everything needs to be behind closed doors.’ No, it doesn’t,” she told PEOPLE in August 2024. "Sometimes you have to just say things and get them off your chest so that you don't have to carry it for the rest of your life."

King added, "But ultimately, I think an apology on Tucker Carlson is like a double negative, right? Means nothing."

King also made it clear her comments were not intended to be a personal attack on her father, noting that she had no idea it would get so much attention.

"I was not trying to hurt him," she said. "I never in a million years thought that that was going to go viral. I was just speaking about my childhood and about my truth."
