'The Pitt': Who Plays Noelle Hastings? Where You Recognize Meta Golding From

Nurse and case manager Noelle Hastings, played by Meta Golding, has been popping in and out of the emergency room all season of The Pitt. Just as you start to think you've put your finger on what else you've seen her in, she disappears from the screen for episodes at a time, and you know what they say—out of sight, out of mind.
Who Is Noelle Hastings?
Noelle first appeared in the ER this season to tell Drs. McKay and Robby that one of their patients, Allen Billings, would need to be transferred out for a much-needed surgery due to insurance restrictions. McKay is affronted by the move, and Noelle turns to Robby for clarification about the interaction. During their private chat, some implications arise that she serves as a love interest for Noah Wyle's Dr. Robby.
She returned a few hours later to help Dr. Mohan find a solution for Orlando Diaz, who could not afford his treatment for a diabetic emergency. Unfortunately, the family made too much money for Medicaid, but not enough to afford their own private insurance, and Orlanda ultimately disappeared against medical advice, before his illness got the best of him and he was brought back a few hours later.

During this week's episode, she appeared toward the end of the hour, teasing him for still being at work past his shift and bashfully declining his invitation to accompany him on his motorcycle adventure—or, as she described it, his "vision quest."

What Else Has Meta Golding Starred In?
Golding played Rosa Parks in Behind the Movement, a film that "reveal[s] the untold story of how a group of everyday people decided this incident was the right time to take a stand for their civil rights and demand equal treatment."
You'll also recognize her from the smash franchise The Hunger Games, in which she played Enobaria in Catching Fire and Mockingjay: Part 2.
Golding got her start on the 1995 TV series Loving, in which she starred as Brianna Hawkins. A few years later, she appeared on and off on Days of Our Lives as Heather Marshall and Eva Matthews, and has appeared on plenty of other popular television series, including Body of Proof, NCIS: Los Angeles, Burn Notice, Alley McBeal, Lie to Me, Crossing Jordan, Miami Medical, House, Cold Case, and a handful of episodes of CSI over the years. She also starred in the short-lived 2006 series Day Break.
She's likely best known for her leading role alongside Kiefer Sutherland in the Paramount+ drama Rabbit Hole.
